These terms apply to your use of diciembreglass.com.au. Project-specific work is also subject to the scope, price, timing and other conditions set out in the written quotation or agreement supplied for that job.
2. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but general descriptions and images are illustrative only. Products, finishes, availability and specifications may change. A written quotation takes priority over general website content.
3. Quotes and project scope
A quote is based on the information and site conditions known when it is prepared. Changes to dimensions, access, materials, site conditions or requested work may affect price and timing. Additional work will be discussed before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate project information, reasonable site access and a safe working environment. Required approvals, including owner, strata or planning approvals, remain the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Payments and cancellations
Payment stages, deposits and cancellation conditions will be stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Custom-made products may not be refundable once manufacture or ordering has begun, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Diciembre Glass is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Any liability connected with services is subject to applicable law and the terms agreed for the project.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, branding and project imagery are owned by or licensed to Diciembre Glass. They may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
9. Governing law
